Neil is a gifted classical musician suffering from mental illness. In the hospital he meets Tom, who convinces Neil to help her escape after charming him with her winning smile. In the middle of the night, the two embark on a journey wherein their illnesses, their passions, and their dreams of returning to themselves are revealed.
