OSC - Open Sound Control - is a protocol for sending signals among different devices and instruments. In this workshop, Yoav Rosenthal will go through the basic concept and workflow of using OSC and Ableton Live. He will demonstrate how to send signals to other machines/devices in such way that allows you to tweak sounds/vocals/visuals on your bandmates' machines from your own Ableton Live session. He will also share some ideas on how to arrange your sessions/instrument racks to play live onstage. This workshop is ideal for both solo artists as well as those playing in a band.
